registration form. Payment options include: Credit Card via PayPal, or
a check payable to PennACE and mailed to the registration chair.

Hotel accommodations are not included with your registration. To reserve
your room, call: (717) 233-6000 Hilton Hotel, Harrisburg, PA - PennACE
Conference Room Rate: $121. Reservations must be made by May 5th. Be sure to
identify yourself as part of PennACE.
Parking Rate $5 per day for self parking.

Cancellation Policy
All requests to cancel attendance at a PennACE event requiring pre-registration
must be made by the participant in writing to the event contact person. Full
refunds for registration expenses incurred/paid will be granted when the
cancellation request is received at least 10 business days prior to the
scheduled event. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted if the request is
received between 9 to 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds
will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the
scheduled event.
Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a
scheduled event due to an extenuating circumstance will be reviewed by the
event chairperson, who in turn will recommend the appropriate percentage
(0-100%) of refund and action to the Executive Board and Treasurer. |
